Buying and Selling
The following limits apply to non-verified users:
- Up to 2 transactions of 950 € / 4,150 zł (First month).
The following limits apply to verified users Level 1 (CDD):
- 2,999 € / 12,300 zł per transaction.
- 10,000 € / 41,000 zł per day.
- 15,000 € / 61,500 zł per month.
The following limits apply to verified users Level 2 (EDD):
- 10,000 € / 41,000 zł per transaction.
- 50,000 € / 205,000 zł per day.
- 200,000 € / 820,000 zł per month.
Our daily transaction limit operates on a 24-hour rolling basis. This means the limit resets exactly 24 hours after each transaction.
For example:
- If you reach your full transaction limit at 12:05 PM on January 1st, you'll need to wait until 12:05 PM on January 2nd to make new transactions.
- If you only use half of your limit at 12:05 PM on January 1st, you can still transact again within the same 24-hour period. However, if you attempt to reach your limit before 12:05 PM on January 2nd, you'll see a "Transaction Limit" message. You must wait until 12:05 PM before additional funds become available.
This rolling limit ensures accurate tracking of your transactions over a 24-hour period.
